WWTP begins testing rare earth coagulant to cope with rising phosphorus loading

To address increasing phosphorus loadings to its wastewater plant, Kingsville, Ontario, began working with the Ontario Clean Water Agency and Bishop Water to evaluate ClariPhos, a rare earth coagulant, as a solution to replace traditional ferric chloride.
