The impacts of climate change and acute weather patterns have renewed focus on our understanding and reliance on stormwater systems. Across Canada, there is an urgency to develop new solutions for stormwater systems that adapt to a changing environment. But how should we approach these solutions and what questions need to be answered? How do we address the complex issues that stagnate progress, such as aging infrastructure, development and housing supply pressures, and engineering and environmental concerns?
This conference brings together the foremost delegates and stakeholders in Canada’s stormwater community to start the conversation about the current state of stormwater management, what solutions are needed and what’s next for stormwater systems.
