Associations putting more efforts into diversity, equity and inclusion

For a number of years now, many water, wastewater and environmental industry associations have committees and activities for new and young professionals. These have proved to be a great way to welcome and support newcomers and keep associations strong and vibrant. But beyond that, many associations have developed, or are researching, diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) policies and strategies.
