Global process measurement and instrumentation company Endress+Hauser announced it has concluded an agreement with Westburne, an electrical distributing company, to become its latest Authorized Channel Partner in Ontario and Saskatchewan.
According to Endress+Hauser Canada Ltd., the agreement leverages its strategic relationship with Rockwell Automation and is a major development in Canada’s process automation sector.
Westburne’s product portfolio will allow process automation customers to modernize their production capabilities with the combination of Endress+Hauser’s measurement technology and the Rockwell Automation platform. The pre-tested and validated designs between Rockwell Automation and Endress+Hauser offerings help reduce the costs associated with bringing new measuring points or a new production line into the manufacturing facility, said Endress+Hauser.
Customers of Westburne will also have the opportunity to enjoy a single source provider, enabling them to acquire the PlantPAx® system, a modern Distributed Control System with best-in-class field instrumentation and measurement solutions – trusted globally.
