On International Women in Engineering Day, global professional services firm GHD held an informal Q&A session with six engineers from the company’s offices across Canada. They shared their thoughts on what it means to be a woman in a predominantly male-oriented field, how they see their future in the profession, and the message they would like to convey to young women considering a career in engineering.
